Jacqueline Samuda, as President of Women in Film & Video Vancouver, presented the Woman of the Year Award to producer Trish Dolman at the 2003 annual Spotlight Awards gala. The black-tie event at the Hyatt Regency Hotel was graced by emcee Amanda Tapping of Stargate SG-1.
